Talks that move the entire debate.
Three quarters of an hour that give a room one vocabulary for its hardest calls — plus a sheet of principles still in use months afterwards.
Cut for your listeners, never off the shelf
Every engagement starts with a briefing call: what call is this audience truly grappling with, and where does it tend to come unstuck? The keynote is then recast around your sector, your governance arrangements, and the question your chair most needs answered.
The style is direct with a wry streak — stories from boardrooms and ministries, a thread of data, and one framework the audience can apply the following day. No theatrics, no jargon, no endless slide parade.

What Slow Decisions Really Cost
Waiting is never free — it merely sends the bill somewhere else. This keynote traces where decision hours seep away, and gives leadership teams three habits that close the gap between noticing and acting.
Governing What You Cannot Predict
Oversight for murky outlooks and lasting fallout. A governance-led session on the questions directors must pursue when the numbers cease to reassure.
The Quiet Work of Trust
Why assurance works more like serviced machinery than shared mood — and the maintenance routines that keep it from failing unannounced.
Everything wrapped around the talk
- Briefing call with your chair or organiser, a month in advance.
- Tailored opening — your sector, your quandaries, your language.
- Forty-five to sixty minutes on stage, plus moderated questions.
- Single-page takeaway per seat: the entire framework on one sheet.
- Recording clearance for internal use, by agreement.
- Follow-up call to bed the ideas into your next board cycle.

Good to know before reserving
What does a keynote cost?
Fees reflect format, audience scale and travel. Most UK dates fall inside a single stated band, quoted openly on the first call — no hedging “it depends”. International bookings add travel at cost.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to four months is ideal, and the diary usually fills a season ahead. Few dates go on sale each year, so early enquiries get first pick.
Can the talk be shaped for our sector?
That is exactly the promise. After the briefing call, everything from the opening story to the closing framework is rebuilt for your listeners.
May we record the session?
Internal recording is normally allowed by agreement. Public transmission or resale needs a separate licence, arranged in advance.
Do you do panels or chairing?
Now and then — a keynote plus a moderated exchange with your own leaders tends to land well. Note it on the enquiry form and we’ll shape it together.
