Plain terms for your information.
Last updated January 2026. In short: we collect the minimum, use it only to answer you, and never deal in it.
The data we hold
Enquiries. The booking form sends your name, email, organisation, event details and message — precisely what a reply requires, and nothing past that.
Newsletter. Signing up shares your email address so the monthly letter can find you. Departing takes one click and removes you from the list.
Technical traces. Like nearly every site, ours logs basic anonymous signals — pages visited, browser type, approximate location — to keep things fast and working.
How it gets used
- Answering your enquiry and setting up whatever you asked for.
- Sending the newsletter you explicitly opted into.
- Learning, in aggregate, which pages pull their weight.
Personal data is never sold, hired out or swapped. It passes to third parties only where the site’s own plumbing requires it, and no further.
Cookies
No advertising or tracking cookies run here. The animation library keeps nothing about you; the forms keep only what you type in.
Your rights
At any moment you may ask what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it — use the contact form and mark your message “privacy”. Privacy requests are answered within thirty days.
